This is the story of a haunting, for which I designed 1920s costumes including the twin dresses shown here.

 

The challenge was to create a dress for the ghostly visitor which was mid-1920s in style, yet appealling to a young woman in 2006.  A duplicate dress was created for a double-exposure sequence in which one girl is superimposed upon the other.  This must appear to be the same dress although fitting two distinct body types.

 

There were also contemporary costumes for a family of four.
